Dr. Elizabeth Rios

I’m a born and bred NuYoRican Afro-Latina from the Lower East Side now living in the Sunshine State in Miramar, FL. I've worked most of my life in the nonprofit, higher education, and ministry worlds.

I'm a mom of two very different boys (Sam and DJ-my special needs angel now in heaven since 9/22/22) and a wife of 33 years to a most fabulously supportive husband, Hiram. I am always seeking to learn and love to share it with anyone who will listen. I have a passion for many things my top few would be anything related to the church, leadership, biblical justice, and women.

• I’m a Boxer lover. I have two boxers, 5 month old Milo and 12 year old Macho (RIP Max 6/22/23).

• My Top 5 Strengths are: Learner, Responsibility, Achiever, Relator, Input
